We pray that you will use this devotional each day to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord. It will offer you fresh insights of the Bible and will be a wonderful tool in family devotion. ~Pastor John A. Raulerson
As I read the Word of God, especially books such as Leviticus and Numbers, I understand the detail and the order of our Lord God. He is the God of order and not of confusion. This also is so evident in His creation: perfect order. He is specific in His desires for each of us that we may maintain His order as well as order in our own lives. Why is this important? The opposite of order is confusion and chaos. This is what will occur outside of God and His order. This is a result of sin, living outside the order of God. In our natural, sinful selves, we experience confusion and chaos as a result of our sinful actions. Therefore, we need a God of order precisely guiding our every step. Then we will have order. Then we will have peace.
