- Through grace I am a child of God and have the glorious privilege of serving His church. I am am blessed to be married to my high-school sweetheart, Wanda Sue, with whom I have three precious daughters.

ReplyDeleteI am so thankful that the Lord, our Creator and Redeemer, is holy, unchangeable and sovereign over all things. He is good and will always do the right thing. I am so glad that His plan and purposes are not based on my choices, but in him and Him alone. I have lived long enough and understand my own frailties to realize that I could really mess things up if left up to me. One of the great comforts in life is knowing that I serve a Righteous God who is in control and He has a perfect plan which will be fulfilled. He can even take my “mess-ups” and weave them into the tapestry of His purpose and plan. He is an amazing God and oh so wonderful. Only He can make all things beautiful in its time.
